 Step 3: Our team will work out a solution for each product and also quotation for customer.

 Step 4: Customer will check and confirm the solution and quotation, then sign the contact and arrange deposit.

 Step 5: We offer the detailed drawing for products and customer confirm each detailed drawings.

 Step 6: Arrange the production strictly according to the detailed drawings

 Step 7: Customer arrange the balance before the loading and shipping.

Can you design for us?

Yes, our professional technology department can design for by our advanced software. Just send us your requirment in word or oral, we can do all other works for you.

Are you trading company or manufacturer ?

We are trading company and we have own factory.

How long is your delivery time?

Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 15-20 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.

Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?

Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight.

What is your terms of payment ?

Payment<=1000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=1000USD, 30% T/T in advance ,balance before shippment.

What information do you need when I call or send a quote request?

It is better for you to provide us the drawing with products specification so that we can accurately provide you our quote.

Do you have standard sizes?

Yes, we have standard size in our factory, but we also can customize to meet your requirement
